s6six Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "s6six", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the s6six platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming jurisdiction.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any registered individual who holds an active account on the s6six platform.
• "Platform" — the s6six website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at s6six.one.
• "Account" — the registered player account opened by an eligible individual through the s6six registration process.
• "Balance" — the total PKR amount held in a player's account, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds unless specified separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit amount awarded under a s6six promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money" — funds deposited by the player via an approved payment method that are eligible for withdrawal upon completion of identity verification.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process required before the processing of a player's first withdrawal request.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total wager amount a player must place before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the s6six platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference — specifically the s6six Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the s6six platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at s6six.one/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.

To register and maintain an active s6six account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. s6six enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all products including sports betting, live casino, and slot games.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an s6six employee or contractor.
• You must not be self-excluded from s6six or any affiliated platform.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one account only. s6six employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Opening a second account where a first account exists — whether active, suspended, or closed — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information updated via your account settings or by contacting support.

s6six will conduct a KYC verification process prior to processing your first withdrawal request. You will be required to provide:

• A government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits where required.

s6six may request additional documentation at any stage if required to fulfil its AML or licensing obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal hold.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s6six username and password. s6six strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available in account security settings.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must not allow any third party to access or use the s6six platform on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified s6six of unauthorised access without undue delay.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact s6six customer support immediately via 24/7 live chat. s6six will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account during investigation.

s6six accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Cash OTC where available. Deposits made via methods not listed are not accepted and will be returned where technically possible.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. s6six does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. s6six does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits originating from suspected third-party sources will be returned and the account reviewed.

s6six reserves the right to implement deposit limits at a platform level, in addition to the self-imposed deposit limits available to each player through responsible gaming settings. In the event of a technical error during a deposit transaction, you must contact support immediately and not attempt to re-submit the transaction without confirmation.

Withdrawals may only be requested to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. s6six does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 30–60 minutes during business hours.

Prior to the processing of any withdrawal, s6six requires completion of the KYC process. Players who have not submitted and received approval of their identity documents will have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

s6six reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds as required by its AML programme. Players with active wagering requirements on bonus funds may only withdraw real-money funds separately; bonus funds become withdrawable only once the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.

s6six offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer, including the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, time limit, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds.

General bonus terms applicable to all s6six promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without completion of the applicable wagering requirement.
• s6six reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice provided where technically feasible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — results in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a promotional offer, the English-language version of the promotional terms displayed on the s6six platform is the authoritative version.

All bets placed on s6six are subject to the specific sport or event rules published on the platform at the time of placement. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for that market.

General betting rules applicable across all s6six sports markets:

• A bet is confirmed only when a bet confirmation slip is generated and a unique bet reference number is displayed. Verbal or chat-based confirmations have no standing.
• s6six reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on any market at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• Bets placed on voided markets will be refunded at the full stake amount to the player's balance.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. s6six is not liable for delays in live data feeds that may affect in-play market availability.
• s6six reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a clear system fault, or where the displayed odds were materially incorrect at the time of placement. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• Cricket markets on s6six cover PSL, PCB events, ICC tournaments, international bilateral series, and major domestic leagues. PSL markets open at minimum 24 hours before each scheduled match.

Casino games and slot titles available on the s6six platform are provided by third-party game developers operating under their own software licences. s6six is the platform operator; game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness.

By playing any casino game or slot on s6six, you acknowledge that:

• Games are provided for entertainment purposes; the house edge means that, over time, expected return to player (RTP) is less than 100%.
• Any malfunction of a game software void any bet placed during the malfunction period; stakes are refunded where technically determinable.
• Jackpot wins are subject to verification before crediting. Jackpots generated through system errors, rather than normal game play, are void.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Live casino table limits may be adjusted by the live dealer studio without prior notice; the current limits displayed in the game interface are binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s6six platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one player account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform on your behalf;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting identified errors, bugs, or system glitches for financial gain;
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting any transaction that may constitute money laundering or the financing of prohibited activities;
• Placing bets using funds reasonably suspected to originate from illegal activity;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Abusing s6six promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the purpose of the promotion;
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or offensive conduct toward s6six staff or other players.

s6six is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to ensuring that gambling on the platform remains an entertainment activity rather than a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all players via account settings:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the amount you can fund your account;
• Loss limits — caps on the net amount you can lose per session or per day;
• Session time limits — alerts and session termination after a specified duration;
• Cool-off periods — temporary suspension of betting and casino access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing the account;
• Self-exclusion — permanent closure of the s6six account where the player determines that gambling is adversely affecting their wellbeing.

Once a self-exclusion is applied, s6six will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded individual from opening a new account. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration stated at the time of activation. Requests for permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, s6six shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the s6six platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any service interruption, technical failure, or data loss caused by circumstances outside s6six's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or acts of God;
• Any loss arising from the actions of third parties including game software providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers;
• Any unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit s6six's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which s6six holds its gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to s6six customer support. s6six will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 days of receipt. The complaint should include: your account username, a clear description of the issue, the relevant date(s), and any supporting evidence.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, disputes may be referred to the independent dispute resolution body designated by s6six's licensing authority. Details of the relevant ADR entity are available upon request from s6six customer support.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
